We are however aware that this issue is affecting some Audigy4/Audigy2 Zs installs. All the clean installations we’ve tried with our driver packs display the decoder tab perfect, and sadly we are unable to recreate this issue. The bug doesn’t happen to every Audigy2 Zs owner, and seems to be a bit hit and miss. We’re currently looking into this issue, but it’s a very tricky issue to find. The “missing decoder tab bug” in the audio console, sadly this seems to be a prominent issue with some people’s Audigy2 Zs.
